Needle-felting is a fun craft that helps get all the aggressions out by repeatedly stabbing wool into submission with a felting needle. Dragons are especially fun, as you can let your imagination run wild; and no one can criticize it as not looking like a real dragon! I also love creating pet portrait sculptures. It's quite a challenge to get the colors right and to add an expression that fits. When creating any little critter, it's giving it an expression that makes it seem to come alive. Besides the tiny sculptures of various animals, I like to needle-felt little bears and other animals with button-joined arms and legs. These can be easily hung as decorations. I do holiday-themed creatures for decoration, such as Halloween black cats and bats, Christmas polar bears and penguins, Valentine love bears holding heart-shaped buttons, and Easter bunnies.
